Choose a marginalized intersectional identity facet (demographic) regarding which you would like to develop greater awareness, understanding, and empathy.  Choose a demographic you would like to learn more about and of which you are not currently a member. (Examples for Americans might include being poor, being black, being an immigrant, being homosexual, being female, being neuro-atypical, etc.
