The specific delegation you will be advising is that of Nigeria. o In Memo #1, you will write an assessment of the negotiating situation, as well as offering advice on construction of the agenda and initial strategies for engagement. o In Memo #2, you will confront a challenging negotiation environment, requiring you to diagnose the relevant difficulties, as well as offer advise as to how to address the deadlock.
